She was predeceased by: her parents, Willard Paul and Crystal Mae Smith (Covalt); her brothers, Arthur Smith and Rev. Donald Smith; her son-in-law Paul Ray Young Jr.; and her pet Mittens.
She is survived by: her children, Paul Goodson of Hagerstown and Lindy Goodson of Hagerstown; her grandsons, Dakota Shane Young of Hagerstown and Paul Ray Young III of Hagerstown; and her pet Heeler. She is also survived by three nieces and one nephew.
