She was predeceased by: her parents, Milo Routh and Grace Routh (Cochren); her husband Charles M. Foutz; and her sisters, Esther Cross, Francis Mendenhall, Jean Holley and Elanor Johnson. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews and a great circle of friends.
