With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Genevieve M. Neel of Hagerstown, Indiana, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on March 31, 2025 at the age of 84. She was predeceased by: her father Ernest; her son Mark Neel; her great grandchild Addison Neel; and her sisters, Audrey Combs, Maxine Lane and Ernestine Knose.
She is survived by: her husband Harrison Neel; her daughter Laura Clark; her daughter-in-law Theresa Neel; her sister Ellen Cutshaw; her grandchildren, Alan Neel, Michael Mastin, Andrew Johnson, Mark T. Neel (Heather) and Krystal Perkins; her great grandchildren, Fallon Mastin, Isaiah Johnson, Andrew, Lilly, Hunter Neel, Braiden, Braylee, Bentley and Breeah Perkins; her great great grandchild Zayvea Perkins; and her close friends, Dan Swoveland and Monique Chasteen. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
