He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank C. Hayes and Ruth E. Hayes (Pittman); and his sister Della J. Garrett. He is survived by: his children, Frank W. Hayes, III, Nancy A. Neal (Tim) and Tresa S. Hayes; and his siblings, Maribelle Short and Robert D. Hayes. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren.
