He was predeceased by: his parents, James Ben and Geneva Lydia Landreth (Gilbert); his siblings, Sina Foutz and Kennard Landreth; his niece Tanya Foutz; and his brother-in-law Gary Tower.
He is survived by: his wife Cheryl Landreth (Tower); his children, CaLinda Hoover (Chris) of New Castle, Brenda Leddington (Russell) of Lynn and Faron Landreth; his grandchildren, Josh Massengale (Amber), James Massengale, Jessica Seider (Kevin), Shelby Perez (Manny), Sarah Landreth, Jaron Landreth, Lee Leddington, Maddison Landreth and Aidan Leddington; his great grandchildren, Kain Massengale, Payton Massengale, Ruby Seider and Jace Massengale; his sister Marlene Thrawley (Carol) of Valdosta, GA; and his sisters-in-law, Barbara Landreth and Yvonne Tower. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
Memorial contributions may be given to the Nettle Creek Friends Cemetery & Building Maintenance Fund or to the charity of the donor's choice.
