He was predeceased by: his parents, Emory Blevins and Judneal Laws Blevins; his wife Frankie Ratliff Blevins; and his daughter Gwenda Blevins. He is survived by: his sons, Chuck Blevins (Titina) of Hagerstown and Clayton Blevins (Stephanie) of Economy; his grandchildren, Garrett (Olivia Houck), Blake, Chase, Madeline and Ethan; his great grandchild Easton Clay; and his sisters, Judy Henley of Tennessee, Ada Bearfield of Tennessee and Lucille Elliott of Tennessee. He is also survived by extended family; and many friends.
