He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Winters and Marguerite Winters (Harcourt); and his brothers, Steve Winters and Ted Winters. He is survived by: his wife Joni Winters; and his children, Peggy Claar, Rachael Winters and Adam Winters. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren; 5 great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
