He was predeceased by: his parents, John Nathan and Lula Lowe (Jones); his wife Glenna Lowe; his granddaughter Jennifer Jo Moore; his son-in-law Kevin Moore; and his siblings, Stella Ann Gann, Dorotha Jane, Hubert Arnold, Albert Andrew, Denise Hazel, Daniel Abslom Lowe, Hattie Bell Craig, Walter Sherman Lowe, Sarah E. Troxell, Lillie Blaine Slavin, Windal Ray and Dallas Bradley Lowe.
He is survived by: his daughters, Marcia Massengale (Lonnie) of Hagerstown and Terry Rader (Todd) of New Castle; his grandchildren, David Eric Moore (Lora) of Hagerstown, Clinton Michael Moore of Hagerstown, Carlos Alan Rader of Hagerstown and Darcy Leann Noblitt (Justin) of New Castle; his great grandchildren, Madeline Grace, Ava Marie, Kevlei Ann Moore, Kassady Nicole, Kyle Alan Rader, Baylor Reid Noblitt, Zoey Brooke Rader and Jaykob Dean Noblitt; his sisters-in-law, Donna Lowe of New Castle and Arvella Baker of New Castle; and his pet Hope. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and close church friends.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, October 23rd 2024 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Hinsey-Brown Funeral Service (3406 S Memorial Dr, New Castle, IN 47362). A funeral service was held on Thursday, October 24th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Foursquare Church (3200 S 14th St, New Castle, IN 47362).
