She was predeceased by: her parents, Oris Rudisell and Rebecca Rudisell; her husband Junior Scruggs; and her sisters, Patsy Williams and Becky Ann Cochran.
She is survived by: her children, Randy Scruggs (Carol Gardner), Julie Neal (Bennie) and Amy Winings (Gene); and her sisters, Darlene Wesley, Billie Donaldson, Kay Rudisell and Marty Cochran. She is also survived by six grandchildren.
The family requests that, in lieu of flowers, memorials be made to Alzheimer's Association.
