He is survived by: his children, Adam LaMaster (Donna), Sarah Blevins (Logan Upchurch) and Anthony Blevins; his grandchildren, Marley LaMaster and Axyl Upchurch; and his siblings, Terry Bales, Tim Blevins (Debra) and Paula Van Hook. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
