He is survived by: his spouse Kerry Hatfield (Betz); his brother Steve (Nancy); and his brothers-in-law, Kevin, Chris and Keith Betz. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Donations in Todd's memory may be made to Cincinnati Children's Hospital with designation to Newborn Care & Research, who cared for Lilyann, to the Stray Animal Adoption Program (SAAP) in support of animals like his beloved Rosie and Kona, or to the Free Store Food Bank to help Cincinnati homeless whom Todd selflessly helped often.
