She was predeceased by: her husband Charles Noeth; her parents, Leona Bickett and Raymond Bickett; and her son-in-law John Wuestefeld. She is survived by: her children, Barbara Wuestefeld of Dover, Janet Graf (Jerry) of New Alsace, Richard Noeth (Cindy) of West Chester and Jim Noeth (Amie) of St. Leon; and her grandchildren, Nicole Wuestefeld-Becknell (Patrick), Krista Kirchgassner (Mark), Michael Wuestefeld (Katie), Zachary Noeth (Sarah), Caroline Steffen (Tony), Jennifer Mullins (Lance), Justin Noeth (Chunny) and Jessica Noeth. She is also survived by 21 great grandchildren.
