He is survived by: his wife Karla; his sisters, Ann, Esq, Kline of Lebanon, PA and Nancy Schultz (Kenny) of Monroe, NY; and his nieces and nephews, Dr. Adrienne Cummings (Chris), Dr. Audrey Farrell (Joe), Abby Sanders (Matt), Christopher Schultz and Justin Schultz. He is also survived by his extended family including in-laws, nieces and nephews.
