She is survived by: her husband Larry Lutz; her sons, Jeffery Lutz (Kris Schlemmer) of West Harrison, IN and Mike Lutz (Della Snook) of Guilford, IN; her siblings, Roosevelt Ratliff Jr. of Sunman, IN, Tina Hann of Aurora, IN and Beverly Perry of Aurora, IN; and her grandchildren, Kayla Lutz, Shelby Lutz and Cuyler Lutz.
