He was predeceased by: his parents, James O. and Naomi Marie Thomas. He is survived by: his children, Jacob Daniel Thomas of Burlington, KY and Tara Ashley Simmons (Josh) of Greendale, IN; his brother Bobby Thomas (Tina) of Lawrenceburg, IN; and his grandson Gideon Simmons.
