She was predeceased by: her parents, George Hornbach and Dorothy Lingg Hornbach; and her sister Annette Hornbach. She is survived by: her siblings, Ken Hornbach (Susan), Tom Hornbach (Mary), Ron Hornbach (Connie), Dan Hornbach (Donna), Joe Hornbach, Dave Hornbach (Rachael) and Connie Combs (Rob). She is also survived by 13 nieces & 3 nephews; and 12 great nieces & nephews.
