He was predeceased by: his father Robert Grote; and his brother John A. Grote. He is survived by: his wife Kathy; his daughters, Lisa White (Brian) of Yorkville and Sheri Grote of Bright; his grandchildren, Katelyn, Emily, Andrew, Cole and Caylee; his sister Mary Ann Klein; and also Anna Grote.
