He was predeceased by: his granddaughter Molly; and his parents, Bernard Schlarmann and Anna Gherkin Schlarmann. He is survived by: his wife Pat; his children, Amy Bauer (Mike), Terri Schlarmann, Bernie Schlarmann (Cheryl), Mark Schlarmann and Jenny Westendorf; and his sister Maggie Reardon (Dave). He is also survived by seven grandchildren, five great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Friday, January 10th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Paul's Catholic Church (9788 N Dearborn Rd, Guilford, IN 47022). A Mass was held on Friday, January 10th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Friday, January 10th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 12:30 PM at the St. Paul's Catholic Cemetery (9788 N Dearborn Rd, Guilford, IN 47022).
Memorials can be made to the St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
