She was predeceased by: her parents, Theodore Menczynski and Cecilia Menczynski (Majewski); her husband John William Jacobs; her daughter Diane Porter; her grandson Christopher Williams; and her brother Chester Menczynski.
She is survived by: her daughters, Donna Schuh (Jerry Housouer) of Grovertown and Darlene Richardson (Randy) of Mentone; and her grandchildren, Billy Lockhart of Rochester, Crystal Shafer (Chuck) of Columbia City, Karen Niswonger (Noah) of Koontz Lake, John Maahs (Joni) of Warsaw and Justin Lockhart (Meagan) of Rochester. She is also survived by fifteen great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers the family requests be made to either Dunes Care Hospice or St. Matthew Lutheran Church.
