He is survived by: his son Ethan Hall; his mother Linda Roethler; his sister Jennifer Niksch (Dan); and his nieces and nephews, Kyler Adduci (Janelly), Grayson Orban, Joey and Jackson Roethler. He is also survived by his aunts, uncles, cousins and good friends.
