With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Troy Cheffer of Griffith, Indiana, who passed away on December 2, 2022 at the age of 60. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Ronald, Dolores Cheffer, George and Wilma Gilbertson; his uncles, Ramon Cheffer, Rory Cheffer and Alan Gilbertson; and his aunt Ronda Kistner.
He is survived by: his wife Cindy; his sons, Troy Jr. and Christopher (Ashley); his grandchildren, Abel, Aden, Annabella, Ariella and Axel; his parents, Karen Cheffer (Wes) and Randall Cheffer (Kathryn); and his siblings, Tracy Cheffer-Jeanminette (Steve), Tammy Dennis (Robin), Lila Doty (Jim), Heather Adkins (Ryan), Ty Cheffer (Kathy) and Randy Cheffer (Ashley). He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given to the family in his name.
