He was predeceased by: his children, Eddie Miller (Donna) and Gwen Miller; his grandson Matthew; his brothers, George Newberg (late Dorothy) and Robert Newberg; his former wife JoAnn Newberg; and his parents, George Newberg and Alice Newberg.
He is survived by: his wife Nancy Newberg; his children, Veronica Tyssen (David), Thomas Newberg Jr., Randy Miller, Gerard Miller (Niceo) and Jimmy Hodo (Deanna); his grandchildren, Michael (Rebecca), Joseph, Jerry, Crystal, Brian (Crystal), John, Jazmine, Tony (Justine), Alyssa (Kyle), Alexandria, Austin, Brandon and Jimmy III; and his siblings, Virginia Sloan (late Jack), Jackie Winn (late Mike), Ethel Lentz (late Ray), Ted Newberg (Joan) and Emma Williams (late Ernie). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
