He was predeceased by: his father Robert Revis. He is survived by: his wife Tammy; his mother Teresa; his children, Heather Klein (James), Adrian Burnham, Derek Revis, Kelsey Revis and TJ McCoy (Angela); his grandchildren, Cameron, Bryce, Ashton, Noah, Peyton, Ella, Isaac and Zayne; and his siblings, Ron Revis (Diana), Missy Benak (Jim), Brian Revis (Veronica) and Vicki Ledcke (Donny). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
