It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Roberta Loomis of Griffith, Indiana, who passed away on June 20, 2022, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Roberta Loomis to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Tillman J Sheely and Lucille Sheely (Stivers); her husband Frederick J Loomis, Sr.; her son Frederick J Loomis, Jr.; her daughter-in-law Linda Loomis; her grandsons, Jonathon Loomis and Frederick Loomis III; her son-in-law Richard Gragido; and her great grandchild Avery Loomis.
She is survived by: her children, Mike Loomis (Cathy), Rose Ray (Dale), Bobbie Ann McKinney (Bob), Lu Gragido, Tom Loomis (Belinda), Barb Gonzalez (Steve), Nancy Ranger (Mike) and John Loomis (Toni); and her brothers, William and Harry Howisen. She is also survived by 52 grandchildren, 81 great-grandchildren and 10 great-great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, a donation can be made to Riley Children's hospital.
