She was predeceased by: her husband Charles W. Bartell; her son Fred Rovai Jr.; her parents, Sam Livingstone and Ida Livingstone; her daughter-in-law Consuelo Rovai; her brothers, John Livingston (Kay) and Robert Livingstone (Jeanne); and her close friend Kenneth Clayton.
She is survived by: her former husband Fred Rovai; her children, Susan Thon (Bill) of Griffith, Karen Clendenning (Ken) of Fort Wayne, Indiana. and Joseph Rovai of San Diego; her daughter-in-law Cynthia Rovai of Lebanon, Ohio.; her grandchildren, Kristen Brucer (James), Matthew Thon (Leah), Joshua Rovai (Emily), Amy Rovai-Estep (Travis), Alison Bauer (Casey), Aaron Clendenning (Catherine), Katherine Clendenning, Samantha and Andrew Rovai; and her great grandchildren, Zachary, Madison, Roger, Eli, Elle, Emmett, Nolan, Colton, Mason, Zane, Juniper, Tori, Charlotte, Gadsden, Cadence and Aiden.
