It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Phillip Stewart Sr. of Griffith, Indiana, who passed away on December 5, 2021, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his wife Shirley; and his parents, Clay Moore and Mary Willard Stewart. He is survived by: his children, Dianna Rush (Phillip), Phillip E. Stewart Jr. (Karen) and Linda Valdez (Adrian); and his siblings, Paul Stewart (Carolyn), Wendell Stewart (Betty), Larry Stewart (Patricia) and Charlotte Beck (John). He is also survived by ten grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren.
