She was predeceased by: her husband Andrew Zvyak. She is survived by: her daughters, Andrea Lewis (Gerald), Lisa Zvyak and Amy Early (Robert); her grandchildren, Samantha Bogacz (Patrick), Alexander Lewis (Taylor), Allison Lewis, Luke Zvyak (Victoria), Hannah Zvyak, Andrew, Colin, Rheana Early and Caroline Loughren; her great grandchildren, Olivia and Penelope; and her close friends, Sue and Karen. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and other family members.
Donations in her name to the Food Bank of Northwest Indiana would be appreciated.
