She was predeceased by: her husband Albert Dale Smith; her siblings, Leslie, Louis, Christina and Shirley; her daughter Karen Bruner (Marie); her granddaughter Elizabeth Ada; and her great grandchild Ryker Dale.
She is survived by: her children, Michael Smith (Darlene), Patricia DeLauro (Scott) and Susan Grish.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be given to Ronald McDonald House of Charity or American Legion Charities.
