She was predeceased by: her parents, James Dean and Ann Dean; her son Thomas A. III; and her siblings, Barbara Kolis (Len), Larry, Bill and Ron Dean.
She is survived by: her husband Thomas A. Bukowski Jr.; her son Edward Bukowski (Julianna); her daughter-in-law Anne Bukowski; her sister Edith Figler (James); and her siblings-in-law, Cynthia Bukowski, Greg Bukowski and Eleanore Sue Giangulio (Joseph). She is also survived by nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.
The family has requested that no flowers or planters be sent. Instead, donations can be made to the Giabult School for Boys, Terre Haute, IN.
