With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Lorraine M. Stevens of Griffith, Indiana, born in East Chicago, Indiana, who passed away on March 2, 2023 at the age of 85. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Herchel L. Stevens; her parents, Bart Mackowiak and Minnie Mackowiak; and her brothers, Jerry Mackowiak (Irene), Raymond Mackowiak and Ed Mackowiak (Geri).
She is survived by: her children, Pat Nashkoff (Tony) of Griffith, Sandy Stack (Bob) of Griffith and Greg Stevens (Tracey) of Porter; her grandchildren, Andrew Nashkoff (Alexis), Sara Potts (Tom), Emily Stack (Chris) and Bobby Stack; her great grandchildren, Leah Nashkoff, Penelope and Dane Potts; and her pets, Elle and Diego. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews; her companions.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Dunes Hospice.
