He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Horn and Ada Horn; and his brothers, Donnie and Jimmy. He is survived by: his wife Alice; his children, Ken Horn Jr (Bobbi), Robert Horn, Mandy Horn, Dennis Bell, Bret Elam (Andi), Brandon Elam, Rachael Cordell (Eddie) and Taylor Surowiec; and his siblings, Bobby Horn and Elaine Frank (Rick). He is also survived by several grandchildren, great grandchildren.
