She was predeceased by: her mother Jimmie Fortner; and her daughter Amanda Novak. She is survived by: her sons, Dale Young Jr., Tyler Novak and Anthony Young (Candace); her grandchildren, Victoria Bayer and Chase Young; her father Richard Fortner; her siblings, Nancy Stout (Mike), Richard Jr. "Butch" Fortner (Gail) and Michael Fortner (Marcy); and her son Lil Dale. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
