She was predeceased by: her father Mervyn G. Barenie. She is survived by: her mother Rita Barenie of Griffith; and her siblings, Merv (Linda) of Crown Point, Mark (Angela) of Crown Point, Paul (Jennifer) of Schererville, Carolyn Belcher (Lewis) of Griffith, Ellen Wolters (Jay) of Lowell, Mary Stratton (Bob) of Westfield, IN., Julie Peterson (Don) of St. John and Anne Bukowski (late Tom) of Griffith. She is also survived by 26 nieces and nephews, and 14 grandnieces and nephews.
