He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Oliver Griffith and Velma Louise Lawson; and his siblings, Elizabeth Dean Murphy, Glenda Rae Newton, Franklin Leo "Bud" Griffith and Louise Reneé Schammert.
He is survived by: his wife Kae; his daughter Melina Finchum (Scott); his grandchildren, Sophia, Maddox, Spencer and Mason; and his sister Patricia Leigh Miller (Sam).
Visitation was held on Wednesday, April 2nd 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:30 AM at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints (300 Wirth Rd, Griffith, IN 46319). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, April 2nd 2025 from 10:30 AM to 11:15 AM at the same location. The military honors was held on Wednesday, April 2nd 2025 at 11:30 AM at the Outside the Chapel.
