He was predeceased by: his parents, Roman Barlog and Adeline Barlog; his brother Greg Barlog; his mother-in-law Elvira Urban; and his sister-in-law Sherry Verville.
He is survived by: his wife Linda; his daughters, Amanda Sarkady (Eric) and Samantha Roa (Josh); his grandchildren, Finnley, Nolan, Sullivan and Aria; his siblings, Jackie Logue (Pat), Roman Barlog Jr. (Lynn) and Mark Barlog (Margaret); and his father-in-law Ron Urban. He is also survived by his sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given to the Hospice of Calumet or Humane Indiana, both in Munster, Indiana.
