He is survived by: his parents, Phyllis Jostes (Chris) and Guillermo Hernandez (Rae); his siblings, Vincent Hernandez (Alisha), Faith Flynn, Patricia Hernandez, Amelia Hernandez and Latisha Pulokas (Deivis); and his grandparents, Philip, Alice Kaufman and Rosa Hernandez. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
