He was predeceased by: his parents, Birchel Stamper and Virginia Stamper; and his sister Patricia Lowe. He is survived by: his wife Cindy Stamper; his son David Stamper; his grandsons, Dylan, Derek and Dustin Stamper; his siblings, Doug Stamper (Wanda) and Linda Mudra (Gene); and his nieces and nephews, Jason Stamper, Brian Stamper, Shawn Denham, Carol Mudra and Saundra Valera (Anthony).
