He is survived by: his daughter Amelia; his parents, Chris Gonzales and Lisa Gonzales; his grandmother Ruthann Holcomb; and his aunts and uncles, Robbie Gonzales (Mary), Timmy Gonzales, Annie Kesterson (Bruce), Laurie Vestal and Kelly Snyder (Mark). He is also survived by numerous cousins and dear friends.
Chad gave the gift of life through organ and tissue donation.
