She is survived by: her siblings, Tom, Rich and Nancy Mitchem; her sister-in-law Dixie Spraggs; and her daughters, Shirley Cozeck (late Anthony) of Bolingbrook, IL, JoAnne Lapko (Mick) of Dyer, IN, Betty Stash (Donald) of Hebron, IN, Doris Leaf (Fred) of Chesterton, IN and Arlene Schultz (late Gary) of Wisconsin Dells, WI. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren, and numerous great-grandchildren.
