He was predeceased by: his wife Betty Lou; and his siblings, Jay, Wendall Duncan and Betty Harp. He is survived by: his children, Kenton L. Duncan (Lorraine), Debra K. Gumbiner (David) and Kurt A. Duncan (Angela); his sister Pearl Cunningham; and his grandchildren, Kristin, Kara, Nathan (Allyson), Jordan (Samantha), Jamie (Chris), Krysta, Kevin, Cameron, Brent, Justin and Emily. He is also survived by great-grandchildren.
