He was predeceased by: his parents, Burton Bonnema and Elaine Bonnema; his brothers, Dennis and Gilbert Bonnema; and his brother-in-law Robert Sasseville.
He is survived by: his children, Julie, David and Michael; and his siblings, Gary Bonnema (Cathy), Gale Bonnema (Debra), Bonnie Sasseville and Lory Jeffers (Cliff). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
