He was predeceased by: his parents, Emilio Mantini and Carolina Lisi Mantini; his son James M. Mantini; his great grandchild Piper Mantini; his siblings, Anthony, Frank Mantini and Mary Mantini; and his nephew Anthony Mantini.
He is survived by: his wife Marie Piscioneri Mantini; his children, AnnMarie Forcier (Mark) of Shelton and Thomas Mantini (Lisa) of Hamden; his grandchildren, Matthew Mantini of New Port Richey, FL, Jessica Marsha (Frett) of Derby and Mirissa Mantini of Hamden; and his great grandchild Juliana Marsha. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
