He was predeceased by: his father Walter Elmer Patrick, Jr.; and also Kathleen. He is survived by: his wife Erin; his children, Allison, Walter (Drew), Lauren and Emma; and his siblings, Daniel (Keri) and Tracy Wailes (Jim). He is also survived by extended family and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to St. Roch Catholic School in Indianapolis, where Wally was a parish member, are requested.
