He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Wesley and Lola Margaret Cundiff (Evans); and his brothers, Donald Cundiff and Danny Cundiff. He is survived by: his children, Kristina "Krissi" Whittington (Josh), Kendall Cundiff and Jacob Cundiff; his sister Shirley McBride (Jim); his close friend Brandy Nicole Afflis; his grandchildren, Kinley Cundiff, Kameron Whittington and Macey Whittington; and his nieces and nephews, Leslie Wilson, Suzanne Cundiff, Carey Hickman, Corby Hickman and Danny Cundiff.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be designated for his sons.
