He is survived by: his wife Cheryl Sue Povinelli (Chaney); his children, Pam Elsby (Robert) of Erie and Ronald Ray Povinelli (Susan) of Shelbyville; his siblings, Raymond (Beverly) of Indianapolis, Roberta (Tom) of Indianapolis and Vincent (Donna) of Indianapolis; and his grandchildren, Abby, Allison, Braydon Povinelli, Grace and Olivia Elsby.
