It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rita Louise Smith of Greenwood, Indiana, who passed away on May 26, 2024, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Gerald Harrison and Anne Hyland Harrison; and her siblings, Jean M. Harrison, Anna "Jo" Clark, James P. Harrison and Michael A. Harrison.
She is survived by: her children, Christopher B. Smith, Donald G. Smith (Carol) and Anita L. Smith; her grandchildren, Kathryn Vannice (Bruce), Lucas Kocher (Brandy) and Sarah Crouse (Blane); and her sister Linda J. Harrison. She is also survived by ten great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren.
