It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Phyllis Diane Smith (Greenwood, Indiana), born in Indianapolis, Indiana, who passed away on October 8, 2024, at the age of 53, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Billy Ray and Thelma Irene Moore (Thompson); and her sister Marilyn Moore. She is survived by: her sons, Nathan Jancowskis (Ashley) and Matthew Moore; her grandchildren, Ellie, Frankie, Wade and Emma; and her siblings, Zetta Jones (Andy), Billie Love, Billy Moore and Brenda Couch (Eric). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
