He was predeceased by: his parents, Emmit Phelps and Marilyn Phelps. He is survived by: his stepchildren, Maggie Fine and Sam Blundell; and his siblings, Bruce Pettis, Tari McClure, Debbie Leppert (Rick), Rickey Phelps (Nancy) and Timothy Phelps. He is also survived by his several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, November 21st 2024 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Forest Lawn Funeral Home (1977 S State Rd 135, Greenwood, IN 46143). A funeral service will be held on Friday, November 22nd 2024 at 10:00 AM. A burial will be held on Friday, November 22nd 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Forest Lawn Memory Gardens (1977 S State Rd 135, Greenwood, IN 46143).
