He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Kay Cholewinski (Shepherd); his children, Alexander Adam Cholewinski (Emily), Bailey Renea Cox (Tyler) and Dawn Davis (Jay); his grandchildren, Madeleine and Anderson; his parents, H. A. Cholewinski (Angie) and Connie Higgens (Karr); and his siblings, Charlene Humphrey (Joe), Breanna Kinkopf (Rob), B. J. "Whop" Cholewinski, Scott Stanchak (Deanna), Vicky Lester (Steve), Sherri Schacht and April Gray. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, January 4th 2025 from 10:45 AM to 1:00 PM at the Newcomer Funeral Home (925 E Hanna Av, Indianapolis, IN 46227). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, January 4th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the same location.
