He is survived by: his wife Patricia Ellis; and his children, Kevin Fair (Carrie Turns), Tina Macintosh (David), Lucille Stroub (Donnie), Kimberly Welding (John) and Kristi Bosserman (Mike). He is also survived by 16 grandchildren/step-grandchildren, and 20 great grandchildren/step-grandchildren.
